Service records may include contact details, appointment preferences, device and issue descriptions, staff assignments, communications, invoices, payment status, and consent records. Card details are entered into Stripe's secure payment form and are not stored in the Golden Years CRM.
Service Providers
Golden Years Tech Help uses service providers to operate the website and CRM, including Netlify for website hosting, Supabase for authentication and CRM data, Google Calendar for scheduling, Resend for email delivery, and Stripe for card payments. These providers receive only the information needed to perform those services.

Records are retained for service history, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, and other legitimate business or legal needs. Access to CRM records is restricted by staff role, and sensitive integrations use authenticated server-side functions.
